The Apartment
You have complete access to the The Foundry, along with access to the patio in front of the property, and the shared garden also in front of the property. The paths and the gardens are shared by other guests and the owner, although The Foundry offers it’s own outside space with tables and chairs, an outdoor sofa, and a coffee table.
The access to and from the car park to the entrance to the Foundry is shared by other guests, the host, and the family so it’s not a stand-alone property. You have full use of your patio area. Occasionally people will go by.
